Francois Delattre's comments come as human trafficking in Libya has become a burning topic since a CNN investigation produced footage of West Africans being sold at slave markets in November. "France will propose to assist the sanctions committee … in identifying responsible individuals and entities for trafficking through Libyan territory," he told the council on Tuesday. Nov 29, 2017 2:06 AM SAN FRANCISCO, November 28, (THEWILL) – 31 people have been reported dead and another 40 missing when Sharks attacked migrants who fell from overcrowded boats in the Mediterranean. According to the Libyan Navy said, it arrived the scene of accident and found two upturned boats that were headed for Europe. Many of the bodies had bite marks from deadly blue sharks, with some of the killer fish spotted nearby, the navy said on its Facebook page.
