Barely two days after a resident of the Ikorodu area of Lagos State traced the history of the notorious and deadly gang of bandits, Badoo Cult gang, they have struck again, slaughtering a family of five.

According to a resident of the area who posted the ugly incident on Ikorodu Ambassadors Facebook group wall, the deadly gang struck on the night of Tuesday, June 27, 2017, at a residence at Ayelala, Olopomeji, at the back of MRS filling station (formerly Kadesh filling station) close to the Army Barracks, Odogunyan, Ikorodu, and killed every member of the family comprising of the man, his wife, and three children.

It was gathered that the murdered family members were from the Igede speaking area of Benue State and had been living in the area after building their own house years ago.

Their corpses were allegedly recovered by a neighbour who had gone to the compound early the next morning to request for something only to meet them in pools of their blood.

The neighbour was said to have raised an alarm which brought other residents to the gory discovery. Four of the five family members were reportedly found dead while the last child still alive when people found the other corpses and was rushed to a hospital where he reportedly died while receiving treatment.
